Mills Will Spill It

Heather Mills is set to break her silence in an exclusive interview with "EXTRA," her first time talking on-air since her split.

I just have a couple of things to point out with this one:

1. She's giving an interview to EXTRA. I mean, honestly, even a two-bit whore like her should know that Dateline or 20/20 is the way to go.

2. She's breaking her silence? What? Has the rest of the world been deaf, blind, and dumb the past two months or hasn't the whole world heard this crazy tramp screaming like a banshee about all this fake mumbo-jumbo that she keeps spewing out.

I was willing to give her a little sympathy (while still being Team Paul), simply because she has one leg. But that whole bed-pan escapade of hers and wanting to use it with him in the bed is just so gross and nasty that I lost that. She seems to want to milk her one leg for all it's worth.

I think she can take her spare leg and sit on it (and rotate, as we used to say). Paul offered her millions and now all she obviously wants is to be more famous than him. Hopalong, there is famous and infamous. You are edging from infamous to trite in a huge hurry. When Tara Reid has passed you by in the "classy" department, you need to re-evaluate.

MACCA DIVORCE: LET ME IN!

Heather 's court battle for access to home she shared with Paul

By Victoria Ward

FURIOUS Heather Mills has launched another bitter legal battle with Sir Paul McCartney - to be allowed access to their old matrimonial home.

Heather, 38, was humiliatingly barred from the mansion when she arrived with daughter Bea in August and found all the locks changed.

She believes she should be allowed to visit for the sake of the couple's three-year-old youngster and held talks this week with her legal firm Mishcon de Reya.

Her battle plan was laid bare in a handwritten dossier she clutched as she met up with pals at a London vegetarian restaurant.

In the notebook, she had written: "I'm seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home."

Underneath, in a list of three bullet points, she added: "1) Continued access till divorce. 2) Refused access if I have court order. 3) Contempt of court. Ex parte application."

Further scribbles appear to reveal that Mrs Justice Baron will hear the case in a London court next year.

The mum-of-one's court bid marks another acrimonious turn in her bitter divorce wrangle with Sir Paul, 64.

Heather - pictured with the notes on Tuesday as she lunched with friends - has told pals she left a wealth of personal possessions at the mansion in St John's Wood, North-West London.

But she feels unable to ask the pop legend to be allowed in to retrieve them because of the way he has treated her since their split.

Friends stress that, although Heather is convinced she is legally entitled to access, her overriding concern is to provide little Bea with a stable, family environment.

The former model was left fuming when she and the youngster arrived at the gates for a pre-arranged visit four months ago to find Macca had locked them out.

To add to her embarrassment, his staff called police when her minder scaled a wall to try to let her in.

A letter sent from the former Beatle's legal team accused his estranged wife of stealing three bottles of cleaning fluid from the house.

She has also been forced to move out of their other home in Peasmarsh, East Sussex.

Heather later bought a new barn house in nearby Hove, but she has since put it on the market for £625,000 - just six months afterwards.

Yesterday, her spokesman refused to be drawn on the legal battle. He would only say: "This is an ongoing legal matter."

However, legal experts believe the length of time she lived in the couple's matrimonial home gives her the right to return there.

Stephen Foster, head of the divorce department at London law firm Stewarts, said that, as she had resided there with Bea, she was be entitled to stay until a settlement was finalised.

He explained: "The matrimonial right to occupation arises not out of ownership of a property, but by virtue of living there.

"If Heather has lived there with a child or children, she has a right to remain there unless a court makes an order otherwise.

"Her rights concern the home she was living in at the time of the breakdown of the relationship."

Mr Foster pointed out it was irrelevant who owned the property and that it was quite usual for the husband to own a house but his wife live there until the divorce is completed.

The lawyer went on: "Heather would have rights to live in the family home, whichever was considered the family's dominant property."

"If she lived there when it was the matrimonial property, then she has the right to stay there.

"The parent who is considered the primary carer tends to stay in the family home until proceedings are resolved.

"If she was kicked out, the courts would potentially have the power to make an order allowing her back in."

The couple's break-up has already become one of the messiest in showbiz history. Heather has accused Macca of being violent towards her and alleged he once lunged at her with a broken wine glass.

The anti-landmines campaigner is reported to be seeking an £80million private settlement, although she has said she intends to give most of the money to her favourite charities.

Both she and Macca currently share time with Bea.

Heather has allowed her estranged husband access to their daughter whenever he wishes in order not to upset the youngster.

However, both parents are said to be fighting for custody of her.

Sources close to the pop idol have branded Heather a "fantasist".

And Macca has vowed to publicly challenge Heather's claims that he was a violent husband.

CONTEMPT OF COURT EX PARTE APPLICATION

If a court order is issued but then ignored by Sir Paul, Heather could make an ex parte application.

This is a legal proceeding brought by one person in the absence of and without representation or notification to other parties.

But this would be an extremely unusual move in such circumstances and a judge would likely ask to hear Macca's version of events before making a decision.

I'M SEEKING AN ORDER FOR OCCUPATION OF MATRIMONIAL HOME

Heather wants to regain access to the North London home she shared with Sir Paul. She thinks it would be a stable environment for Bea. An occupation order is rare and usually obtained when domestic violence is an issue. Her notes imply Heather wants to keep Macca out of the home until the divorce is finalised.

CONTINUED ACCESS TILL DIVORCE

Suggests Heather is seeking unlimited access to the house in St John's Wood until the bitter court battle is over.

She feels she has the right to come and go from the property she was locked out of - for the sake of her daughter and to pick up her own personal possessions.

It is where they lived as a family before the split.

REFUSED ACCESS IF I HAVE COURT ORDER

Friends claim Heather feels she can't ask Macca for her possessions back because of his behaviour towards her. She was locked out and could seek a court order to gain access. If she was still refused access, she would have the right to take further action as Macca would be in contempt of court.

HIGH HOLBORN

The central London location of her law firm Mischcon de Reya. Heather has had several meetings at the offices since the marriage split was announced and has spent countless hours thrashing out her case with experts.

Her lawyer Anthony Julius, is nicknamed "Anthony Genius" after winning Princess Diana a £24million settlement when she split with Prince Charles.

THE HONOURABLE MRS JUSTICE BARON

She works in the High Court Family Division.

Before being a judge, she handled several major divorce cases. She once described the £570,000 legal fees paid by one couple after a six-year divorce battle as "horrific".

HEATHER'S DIY COURT HEARINGS

By Pete Samson

HEATHER Mills is representing herself in court to cut mounting costs in her expensive divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.

She is short of cash until she receives her final payout and has ditched her £15,000-a-day barristers for some of the hearings.

Heather, 38, represented herself in the High Court last week and on Wednesday to bar Sir Paul from her home and access his.

A source said: "She is an intelligent woman and felt capable of this."

Although Heather's legal bill could reach £1million, she is thought to be seeking £80million of the ex-Beatle's estimated £825million fortune.

She has kept on Mischon de Reya for her main divorce battle over money and custody of daughter Bea, three. She is also being advised by lawyers Anthony Julius and Nicola Fletcher.

James Stewart, a leading divorce lawyer with Manches, said: "I'd find it very peculiar if one of my big-money clients went off on a frolic in relation to aspects of the divorce."

Heather Mills McCartney Wants Sienna Miller to Portray Her Gold-digging Ass

Nosy Snoop reports that Heather Mills McCartney, aka Stumpy McAlimony, is looking for trashy-ass Sienna Miller to play her in a movie. I smell Oscar!

Apparently, Heather Mills has a lot going on in her agenda, including a new movie detailing her scandalous divorce to Paul McCartney.

Heather reportedly wants Sienna Miller to play her in a film about her life. The movie is currently under negotiation.

The former model has reportedly been approached by film production company Working Title about the possibility of bringing her story to life on the big screen.

The proposed project will focus on Heather's marriage to Paul, subsequent break-up and bitter divorce battle.

The 38-year-old blonde, who lost her left leg after being run over by a police motorcycle in 1993, hopes Sienna Miller will be portraying her because she believes they both share similar traits.

A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "Heather has been approached by someone at Working Title about a movie based on her life. It will cover her version of being married to Paul and focus on her charity work. Heather sees herself in Sienna Miller. She thinks Sienna is great and gutsy.".

I can honestly say I couldn't pick Sienna Miller out of a line-up. She's famous for spreading for Jude Law, right? Good for her. Hopefully she'll embrace method acting and hack off her leg.

Heather Mills goes to a swimming show

Heather Mills tried to forget about her

troubles last week by going to see Whoopee's

Nymphaeum, a burlesque synchronised swimming

show at London's Porchester Baths. Sadly for

Heather the aquatic fun and games were not

able to soothe her pain.

She ran out in tears

in the first 15 minutes when a hen party

started to heckle her.

GET HER

Mob threaten Lady Macca...

She's told to carry alarm...

HEATHER Mills has been given a panic alarm by police after gangsters threatened to attack her.

Sources say underworld figures targeted the 38-year-old in revenge for claims she made about estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney, 64, during their bitter divorce battle.

Heather is now terrified she or their daughter Beatrice will be harmed.

Her spokesman said last night: "She is frightened, but she's more worried about Bea than anything else. She has been told who these characters are and the worrying thing is that they have a violent past.

"The problem is she can't really do anything to protect herself apart from keep a watchful eye."

Police gave Heather, who lives in Hove, East Sussex, a panic phone which connects straight to their HQ, and offered other security tips.

They warned her about the danger of the shadowy figures behind the threats, but insisted an attack was "not imminent". Officers also spoke to Macca.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: "On Thursday, 14 December, information was received from police in the Merseyside area which indicated a non-specific threat towards Heather Mills-McCartney.

"Police can confirm she was spoken to by officers and was fully informed of the information, including details of the names of individuals involved.

"Police are satisfied there is no imminent risk to her.

"Local officers have been briefed regarding the circumstances and provision has been made for an immediate police response should this be necessary."

Heather has been deluged by hate messages on her website since she accused Macca in divorce papers of physically abusing her during their four-year marriage.

She also claimed she received several death threats due to the custody battle for Beatrice, three.

Heather, who split from Macca in May, has said she feels vulnerable because she does not have enough money to pay for any private security.

She has also enlisted the help of her personal trainer Ben Amigoni to protect her.

Her spokesman refused to discuss reports Sir Paul has won the fight to spend Christmas with Beatrice.

He added: "I don't know whether that's true or not, but Heather's view is that it's nobody else's business."

Heather put on a brave face over the gangland threats when she took her pet terrier Oliver to a vet in Brighton. The dog appeared to have damaged his right hind leg which was swathed in bandages.

Notes from all over

Animal lover Stella McCartney reportedly is furious with Madonna after she was spotted wearing fur. As we reported, Madonna was seen wearing a chinchilla coat said to be worth $70,000. “Stella started off with a gentle lecturing, but she just seemed to get louder and louder. Madonna was trying to calm her down saying, ‘Oh, let’s change the subject’ but she wouldn’t let it go,” a source told the London Mirror. “Stella was ranting that it was murderous, and she started saying, ‘What would you do if someone took away your children and killed them to wear their skin?’” Madonna thought she could get off the hook explaining the coat was vintage and the critters long-dead, but McCartney was having none of it.

Lump Of Coal

WHAT a horrible year for Paul McCartney. In addition to his ugly divorce from Heather Mills, the beloved Beatle's 1979 tune "Wonderful Christmas Time" has been named the worst Yule song of all time by pop-culture Web site Retrocrush. "It sounds like some kid with hooks for fingers and Parkinson's disease is slamming on some used Casio that Paul found at a thrift store," says Retrocrush editor Robert Berry. The vocals are "like leftovers from some sort of Special Olympics victory song . . . anyone who's ever had to suffer through this Yuletide abortion should at least get a fat check from Sir Paul as a Christmas gift."

TV property guru Kirsty Alsopp once appeared

the show. Not recognising Heather, Kirsty

Heather's reply? "I give the best blow

Maybe Heather's had enough... we hear she

Paul McCartney Ain't Gonna Let Heather Mills Enjoy The Fruits of His "Hard Day's Night"

It sounds like Sir Paul McCartney has had just about enough of the nasty battle that has taken place between himself and his estranged wife, Heather Mills, and is now claiming that she will not get a cent of his hard-earned cash in the divorce, because he had no income during their four-year marriage.

ContactMusic.com has the details:

The former BEATLE has issued his estranged wife's lawyers with the statement, and is hoping Mills will not fight the divorce in a courtroom - as he claims she would "end up with nothing".

MCCartney, whose amassed fortune is rumoured to be around GBP300 million ($585 million), made his money before marrying Mills in 2002.

He says he made a financial loss until 2006, after embarking on several world tours, according to British newspaper Daily Mirror.

Ooh, sounds like Paul has Heather's Queen in his sights. I wonder what juicy accusation she's got in her bag of tricks to retaliate against this last move...

More along the same vein....

Sir Paul McCartney has reportedly told Heather Mills she will make nothing from their impending divorce -- as he didn't earn any money during their four year marriage.

The former Beatle has issued his estranged wife's lawyers with the statement, and is hoping Mills will not fight the divorce in a courtroom -- as he claims she would "end up with nothing."

McCartney, whose amassed fortune is rumored to be around $585 million, made his money before marrying Mills in 2002. He says he made a financial loss until 2006, after embarking on several world tours, according to British newspaper Daily Mirror.

British lawyer Caitlin Jenkins says, "It's a good tactic for Sir Paul -- but also quite a high-risk strategy.

"Only about 10 percent of contested divorce cases go down this route.

"Sir Paul is trying to persuade Heather's team to advise her to come to an agreement -- by suggesting she could end up with nothing if the divorce goes to court.

"In essence, Sir Paul is showing her how bad it could be for her."

A very unmerry Maccamas

By NATALIE CLARKE

Last updated at 22:27pm on 29th December 2006

The Christmas truce between the McCartneys lasted longer than anyone could have hoped for -right up until Thursday, in fact.

Until then, it really hadn't been all that bad. Macca's children had made the effort to come to Peasmarsh to join him for the traditional nut roast on Christmas Day.

Stella, her husband Alasdhair Willis and their two young children arrived at the East Sussex estate on Christmas Eve, followed by her older sister, Mary, with her two sons, and their younger brother, James.

Sir Paul had done his best to shrug off the despair that hangs over him in these troubled times. He even managed to raise a smile when his three-year old daughter, Beatrice, opened her presents under the tree.

But then Heather turned up and all hell broke loose. After spending Christmas at her beachfront home in Hove, East Sussex, with her sister Fiona and friends, Heather arrived at Peasmarsh and headed to the lakeside log cabin which she moved into after the split from McCartney.

The plan was to hold a New Year party at the cabin with friends. Instead, she found herself with a starring role in the latest episode of the battle of the Maccas - the case of the missing artworks.

Heather was apparently stunned to discover that £10 million-worth of priceless paintings - including Renoirs and Picassos - had been removed from the property without her knowledge. (According to reports, McCartney later explained that he had moved them because he was concerned about security.) Photographs of her and Beatrice had also vanished.

Furthermore, when Heather walked in, she set off the burglar alarm - and quickly realised the alarm codes had been changed. The police, alerted by the alarm's emergency call-out centre, were soon on the scene and Heather was on the phone to her lawyers.

The tranquillity of Christmas at Peasmarsh had been shattered.

But what is Heather's motivation in choosing the log cabin for her New Year jolly? Could it be she wants to antagonise the rest of the McCartney clan up at the main house? One can only hope the two warring factions don't bump into each other over the next few days.

It's hard to know which of the family loathes Heather the most. Sir Paul? Well, we all know his feelings. Stella? Pure hatred. But what about 37-yearold Mary? During the summer there was another drama at the log cabin, an astonishing altercation -unreported until now - between her and Heather.

It seems that Mary, who is a well regarded photographer, turned up at the cabin to have words with Heather. The conversation soon descended into angry shouts, culminating in a physical struggle between the pair.

'It was a proper girl fight - hair pulling, the lot,' says the source. 'It was a real punch-up. Paul had to break them up. Heather became hysterical and started screaming that she needed police protection. It's not clear what exactly caused the fight, but there was talk that it was something to do with the log cabin.

'If it had been Stella and Heather, it wouldn't have been such a surprise. But Mary is a very quiet, placid person and this is the last thing you would expect from her. It just shows to what degree this family has been torn apart.'

The family are now eager to find a replacement for Heather in McCartney's affections. Stella, certainly, appears to have taken the time-honoured view that the cure for a broken heart is another woman.

A few weeks ago, the 35-year-old fashion designer introduced her father to a friend of hers, hoping, possibly, that a spot of light romance might cheer her father up. A cynic might say that Stella is also motivated, in part, by a desire to goad 38-year-old Heather.

The woman is said to be a similar age to Heather and, like her, strong and independent. So far, then, so bad.

McCartney, 64, told friends he liked the woman in question - her identity is known only to the immediate family - and that they got on very well, but he is holding back because he is so scarred from his marriage to Heather.

He has never been without a woman in his life. He needs a woman - but is terrified of involvement.

'He met this lady and liked her a lot, but he is totally paranoid about getting close to another woman,' says a source. 'So it is hard to say whether anything is going to develop.'

The truth is, Sir Paul just isn't ready for a new relationship: he is profoundly lonely and depressed, utterly worn down by the tumultuous events of the past seven months since his separation from Heather Mills.

'What is the point of all my money and success now?' he asks his close friends.

'Paul is incredibly lonely right now,' says one friend. 'He says he is only able to keep going because of Beatrice and his music. They are the things that are holding him together.'

Three-year-old Beatrice is the centre of his world. Over the past few weeks, McCartney, closeted away at his rambling estate, riven by self-pity, has been putting his feelings down on paper, composing an open-ended letter to Bea, explaining the breakdown of the marriage from his point of view. Some of his words have been put into lyrics and set to music.

'He is writing this down now so that, if she chooses to, she can read it when she is older. He wants her to understand what has happened from his point of view.

'Paul never imagined he would have a child who would grow up in an environment like this, at the centre of a vicious divorce with an utterly divided mother and father. It has wrenched him in two.

'He fears that Heather is saying inappropriate things to Bea about him, and loading her with thoughts against her father. He has some evidence of this.

'He feels that because it was he who left Heather, and not the other way round, she can really load the situation against him in Bea's mind and make him the reason it has all gone wrong. He is desperate that Bea understands what has been behind it.

'So it is very important to Paul that he gives Bea his side of the story; that she understands how it all went wrong and that he didn't want her to suffer.'

So if the marriage breakdown is not his fault, it must be Heather's, then? Of course not. If Heather decided to write her version of the split down for her daughter, it might end up rather confused. Sir Paul found his wife controlling and bossy; Heather found Sir Paul controlling and bossy.

She also says he is mean with his £800 million fortune. Indeed, Heather appears to have fallen on hard times in the run-up to her multi-million-pound divorce settlement, and last month put the Grade II listed barn in East Sussex she bought in May on the market for £625,000.

It had been suggested that Heather might move into the property, just a 15-minute drive from Peasmarsh, after the divorce, making it easier for Bea to divide her time between her mother and father. Friends say, however, that she is selling up because she needs the money to pay her legal fees.

'Heather has to find a way to pay her legal bills, so the house has to go,' says a source. 'When they were together, Heather had access to a joint account, but she no longer has that available.'

It has been reported that Heather's legal fees to date amount to £250,000, and that the final bill could be as much as £1million. So it was with this in mind that Heather took the unusual step earlier this month of representing herself in the High Court in applications to keep Sir Paul out of her beachfront house at Hove, East Sussex, and to gain access to his properties.

In doing so, she saved herself a lot of money. A barrister can charge as much as £15,000 a day for certain hearings. Heather has, however, retained the services of her London law firm, Mishcon de Reya.

The 64,000-dollar question is this: how much of Sir Paul's £800 million fortune will Heather get? A report earlier this month said a deal had been reached; that Heather would receive the colossal sum of £120 million, but that it would remain a 'secret' and it would appear to the rest of the world that she would receive around £10 million, most of which she would give to charity.

Her friends say this is 'utter rubbish'. 'Heather had around £10 million in mind when she started divorce proceedings,' says a friend. All these huge figures are way off the mark. Now that lawyers are involved, I don't know exactly how much it will eventually be - but it will be nothing like as much as has been said.'

The friend added that Heather has been keen to get the divorce over and done with as quickly as possible and has been frustrated by what appears to be Sir Paul's determination to string it out.

'Their marriage was all about control, and the divorce is all about control,' says the friend. 'When she was with him, everything had to be done his way. If he wanted to change plans at the 11th hour, everyone had to go along with it.

'Now he is controlling the divorce. It has to be done at his pace.'

The animosity between the pair is as bad as it has ever been. As well as their divorce wrangles, friends say Heather is furious at her estranged husband's 'meanness' with regard to her favourite charity, Adopt-A-Minefield.

The former Beatle and his wife were due to host a benefit concert for the charity in Beverly Hills in October, but after they split McCartney pulled out and it was cancelled. The concert normally raises up to £1million - crucial funding for the charity.

McCartney pledged to make amends with a donation, but according to a friend of Heather's, he wrote a cheque for just £250,000 - leaving the charity with a huge shortfall.

'Heather is desperately disappointed. Adopt-A-Minefield is very close to her heart and the charity has come to depend on the money raised from these galas. McCartney had to be, how shall I put it, reminded to hand over the money.

'This was always an issue with Paul and Heather during their marriage. He has all this money and Heather would say to him he should give more to charity. She couldn't figure out why he wouldn't. It seemed mean to her.'

It is one fight after another. Sir Paul is still trying to come to terms with allegations -which have always been fiercely denied by his wife - that Heather worked as a prostitute in her 20s. During the summer, pornographic photographs of her were dredged up.

Then legal documents were mysteriously leaked alleging that Sir Paul had been violent towards Heather during the marriage, at one time pushing her over a coffee table, another time into a bath.

On top of all that, details of audio tapes emerged, on which were alleged recordings of conversations his late wife Linda had held with a friend. On the tapes, she is said to speak emotionally of her husband's 'controlling' ways, leaving her 'deeply unhappy and depressed' and feeling 'trapped'.

McCartney reportedly paid £200,000 for the tapes to ensure they never aired in public. No wonder he's depressed. Who wouldn't be?

And it ain't over yet.

Demanding Paul out of house, home

Copyright 2007 Newsday Inc.

January 1, 2007

Heather Mills is demanding four of Sir Paul McCartney's homes in an amazing divorce shopping list.

She has told her lawyers she wants the properties - in London, Sussex, Los Angeles and New York, according to the Sunday edition of the London Mirror.

And her list also details her plans for a jetset life with their daughter Beatrice, 3 - which includes cars, clothes, holidays, bodyguards, a private jet and helicopter rides.

Mills, 38, also wants an annual allowance - because she claims the high-profile marriage and split wrecked her career.

And she is demanding a oneoff lump sum - believed to be $100 million - as "back payment" because she says she was unable to get work while they were together.

But sources believe she is using the wish list as a bargaining tool and is likely to settle for much less.

A source close to McCartney said Mills was "living in dream land. Paul will be mildly irritated or even amused rather than seriously worried or upset."

Last week, the Sunday Mirror revealed that McCartney had vowed not to pay Mills "a single penny" and that any settlement would be solely for Beatrice.

He says he owes Mills nothing because he made nothing during the marriage. In fact, he claims that the huge cost of his world tours meant he actually recorded a loss while they were together.

He also claims that he is worth only $600 million - not the $2 billion that has been widely reported. A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Heather was reeling from Paul's counterclaims. She's drawn up a list of exactly what she will need to carry on in the lifestyle she's used to."

Mills' demands could total up to $400 million. If Mills got what she wanted it would be the biggest ever divorce payout in British legal history - after just four years of marriage.

McCartney, 64, is known to have built up a substantial property portfolio over the years and as part of her shopping list, Mills wants him to hand over the $8 million home they used to share in St John's Wood, North West London.

Mills was humiliatingly barred from the mansion when she arrived with Beatrice in August and found all the locks changed.

Mills claims that she has been left with no savings because she was unable to get work while they were a couple.

WHAT SHE WANTS:

Child maintenance? She's already listed private schooling, clothing, food, a nanny, bodyguards, annual holidays, and private health care. What else could child maintenance possibly cover?

I hope that Paul lets her go to court, and as stated, represent herself. If it is true that Paul has not made any money during the time they were together, it would mean that she would get half of what he earned, which in theory would be nothing. Wouldn't it just be wonderful to have a judge give her like 2,000 bucks a month? That list of what she "needs" really makes me ill, and it infers that a three-year-old child knows the friggin difference between all these houses and needs all this stuff. The golddigger needs the stuff. The kid needs a new Mom.

If I were Paul, I'd tell her to stuff her leg up her ass.

Demanding Paul out of house, home

Copyright 2007 Newsday Inc.

January 1, 2007

...

Mills, 38, also wants an annual allowance - because she claims the high-profile marriage and split wrecked her career.

And she is demanding a oneoff lump sum - believed to be $100 million - as "back payment" because she says she was unable to get work while they were together.

...

Mills claims that she has been left with no savings because she was unable to get work while they were a couple.

WHAT SHE WANTS:

Maintenance staff, housekeepers and gardeners for all the homes

Nanny until Beatrice is 18

If her claims that she's unable to get work and that her career is wrecked are true, then what does she need a nanny and housekeepers for? What, pray tell, will be taking up so much of her time that Bea needs a nanny until she's 18 and her house requires a full staff?

Heather Mills Still Crazy: Starts a Fight in Starbucks

Heather Mills is once again in the news - this time after allegedly kicking a woman in a London coffee shop when Heather saw the woman taking pictures on her cell phone.

Heather was at a Starbucks when a customer by the name of Emma Levy, tried to snap off a few pics of Heather as she sat with her attorney.

According to Levy: "She jumped up, grabbed me by the throat and pushed me towards the door. She lashed out with her left leg, kicking me in the bum. I have a big bruise."

A spokesman for Heather confirms the incident took place, but of course adds their own spin to the story, insisting the reason Heather beat this woman down was because she thought the woman was a reporter:

He says, "She was taking private notes from a lawyer when a woman tried to take her picture. Heather suspected she was a journalist. She even admitted she was trying to make some money out of her. Heather did kick her up the backside - all the staff and customers started clapping."

I don't know too many reporters who depend on their cell phones to take pictures. Generally, real reporters have cameras. And all the customers were clapping? I call BS.

^^ I call BS too.

Maybe our English friends can help us verify this, but isn't she pretty much despised over there?

Here is how it went down: She started getting angry and decided to get physical. The person she was assaulting fought back and won - only then did the customers began to applaud!

When is it OK to beat up anyone? Even a reporter. In the US celebs get sued for this.

I guess she really isn't a proper English Rose is she? ;)

This is getting better every day...just like Britney Spears, all McCartney and Federline have to do is sit back and let these two complete idiots self-destruct...McCartney MAY be a little ahead, however.

There is NO WAY that a bunch of Brits sitting in a coffee shop "clapped" when pegleg "kicked ass". The Brits collectively hate her and love Paul. I totally agree with your version Branchop.

One point...you have a fake leg...how in the world do you kick someone's ass with it? Isn't it a bit dangerous to balance on a fake leg?
